The Indian Premier League 5th edition for the year 2012 is going to start on 4th April and the opening ceremony would be on 3rd april 2012, at YMCA College of Physical Education grounds, Nandanam, Chennai. It would start from 7:30 p.m. but the gates would open at 5 p.m.
