Kings XI Punjab vs Kolkata Knight Riders IPL 5 match preview, squads, Who will win?
Mohali would provide the home advantage to Gilly’s Kings XI Punjab, and the visitors Kolkata Knight Riders would be under a little pressure when they play the Kings today. Kolkata though hold an edge over Punjab because they have better wins and a stronger squad with some of the most experienced foreign players, and on the other hand, Kings XI Punjab still has the problems of lack of foreign players as Stuart Broad is ruled out due to the calf injury, and Azhar Mahmood is yet to come to play the home matches as the VISA he got allows him to play only in Mohali.
Kings XI Punjab won against Kolkata in Kolkata after they were defending 131 and they gave Kolkata no chance of making 13 runs needed from the last 2 overs. So it would be a two-way fight this time again, as Punjab would want to take the lead and move up in the points table, while Kolkata would be looking for a revenge for the previous match loss.
The Kings batsmen are not consistent with the scoring and Mandeep Singh is their only batsman who has crossed the score of 100 total runs in this season of the IPL.
